概要

ヒップの動きを集中的にトレーニングし、より豊かで表現力のあるダンスを目指すクラスです。シミーやアクセント、スローな動きをバランスよく学び、音楽とのつながりを深めていきます。

ベリーダンスに欠かせないヒップワークを丁寧に練習します。さまざまな種類のシミー、音楽に合わせたアクセントの入れ方、そしてコントロール力が必要なスローな動きまで、基礎からしっかり身につけていきます。「シミーをもっと安定させたい」「音楽に合わせた表現を磨きたい」そんな方におすすめのクラスです。 ヒップワークを磨くことで、ダンスに深みとリズム感が生まれます。

For this lesson we accept Credit Card or Cash-on-the-day payments.

You can wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for movement. Clothing that allows for easy visibility of body movements is preferable, so outfits that show your bodyline are appreciated. Generally, lessons are conducted barefoot, but wearing skin shoes or socks is OK. Please bring at least one veil (if the lesson requires having a veil), writing utensils, and a camera (mobile device, ok).

In the event of an emergency declaration by the government or cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued. However, refunds are not available for cancellations made by the customer. Instead, rescheduling for private lessons is possible. Please check the available dates and times for private lessonsand then request rescheduling via the contact form.
