Greetings

モナ ザイン Monah Zayn

I began my journey into belly dancing in 2006. As I continued to learn and practice, I started to appreciate the richness of expression that belly dance offers. I realized it allowed me to pursue a graceful feminine body and an enriched power of expression simultaneously.

I no longer wanted to dance solely according to choreography but aspired to deepen my expression and refine my technique to showcase beauty. Along the way, my desire grew to share the enchantment and joy of belly dancing with others, hoping it would bring them vitality and happiness, as it did to me.

Becoming an instructor was about helping others discover the various transformations that can happen within their bodies through belly dance. I wanted them to experience a sense of achievement and wonder, becoming aware of their graceful posture as women.

My teaching style involves moving our bodies together, listening to our body's voices, and offering support for steady progress. Balancing the body and mind is of utmost importance, and I patiently guide my students until they can dance in harmony.

By moving our hips and shifting in various directions, we work on aligning the pelvis, strengthening the core, and maintaining flexibility in both body and mind.

At Monah Zayn Belly Dance Studio, I teach authentic Egyptian-style dancing. I aim to create a studio environment where the relationship between teacher and student goes beyond the ordinary, fostering an atmosphere of joy and growth. I prioritize not only practicing captivating dance moves but also learning the meaning behind them.

In addition to private lessons and small-group classes, I offer workshops and handle performance requests.

If you'd like to learn more, please feel free to reach out to me anytime. I would be delighted to share the joy of belly dance with you.
