Capacity

To ensure personalized attention, the class is limited to a maximum of three participants, offering an experience similar to private lessons.

運動しやすい服装でしたらなんでもOK。体のラインが見える服装が望ましい。基本的にレッスンは裸足で行いますが、スキンシューズ・靴下を使ってもOKです。ベール (必要に応じて)、筆記用具、カメラ (モバイルデバイス等) をご用意ください。
