Terms & NotesPlease review the following important points before taking part in or attending the Talisman Belly Dance Festival.
1Viewing Tickets
Performer entry fees do not include a viewing ticket. To watch the Competition and the Gala Show, a separate viewing ticket is required. Tickets are available on the Viewing Tickets page.
2Photography & Recording
Photography and video recording during performances is strictly prohibited. Photos and videos of your own performance, or of the festival as a whole, can be purchased through the Photo & Video Service.
3Cancellations & Refunds
We do not accept cancellations or refunds after purchase. Please review your order carefully before applying.
4Timetable
The start and end times of each program may shift slightly depending on how the day progresses. Please check the Timetable page for the latest schedule.
5Venue
The Competition and Gala Show will be held at Tokyo Shinjuku Ushigome Tansu Civic Hall. Workshop venues will be announced in the information for each workshop.
6Inquiries
For any questions, please contact us through the dedicated Contact Form. Please note that we do not handle individual inquiries via SMS, LINE, or social media direct messages.
7Stage Size
The performance stage measures 9m wide × 4m deep. (Competition Finals and Gala Show Open Stage)
8Music Length
There is a maximum length for your performance music. Competition Finals: up to 3 minutes. Gala Show Open Stage: up to 3 minutes 30 seconds.
9Workshops
The music used in each workshop will be sent to participants before the day of the workshop. Please also refrain from recording video during the workshop.
10Please Confirm Your Email Address
When placing an order, please make sure your email address is correct. All information regarding the event, entries, and payments is sent by email. We do not make contact by phone or any other means. We cannot accept any responsibility for problems arising from an incorrect email address, so please understand this in advance.
11Payment by Bank Transfer
The number of customers who choose bank transfer and then do not complete payment is increasing significantly. This places a heavy burden on the festival staff and can lead to unintended mistakes and delays that affect not only you but other customers as well. Please complete your bank transfer within the deadline stated in your order details (「ご注文明細」) email. Failing to pay by the deadline, or cancelling after the payment deadline has passed, causes inconvenience to other customers who may wish to purchase the same service or the same seats. Please pay on time. If your payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order will be cancelled automatically, and you may also lose the option to pay by bank transfer in the future (in which case only credit card payment will be available).
12How to Make Your Bank Transfer (Amount & Number of Payments)
If you pay by bank transfer, please make one payment per order. Please transfer exactly the amount shown in your order. We cannot accept a single combined transfer covering multiple orders that were placed at different times. Please make a separate transfer for each order.
