Group Lessons
The introduction to technique group lessons are designed for absolute beginners. The maximum capacity is three participants to ensure individualized and thorough instruction for each person.
Whether you've never tried belly dancing before or if you're not used to physical activity, you are more than welcome to join.
We take things at a comfortable pace, and I'll provide detailed explanations for each movement and its significance. During this class, you'll learn the basics of posture, walking, arm movements, and how to move your hips.
